Click the "Register" button at the top of the page, fill in the form with your full name (as shown on your MyKad), an active Malaysian phone number, email address, and password. You must be at least 18 years to register and use the Surga33 platform. This is a legal requirement that we strictly uphold. During registration, you are required to confirm your date of birth. A KYC (identity verification) process will be carried out before your first withdrawal to ensure the age requirement is met.

No. Each individual is only permitted to hold one active account at Surga33. Holding multiple accounts is a serious violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in the closure of all associated accounts, forfeiture of balances and winnings, and a permanent ban from the platform. Log in to your Surga33 account, go to "Account Settings", and select "Security". Click "Change Password", enter your current password followed by your desired new password, then confirm. Your new password must be at least 8 characters long and contain a combination of uppercase letters, lowercase letters, and numbers. You can update certain details such as your email address and phone number via "Account Settings". However, your full name and date of birth cannot be changed independently after registration, as they are used for identity verification (KYC) purposes. Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be subject to a monthly administration fee of RM5 or closure under the inactivity terms. Balances in inactive accounts will not expire, but the fee will be deducted accordingly. You will be notified via email or SMS before any action is taken.
